All new patients to the clinic require a referral prior to being booked, this can be provided to you from a GP, or another specialist. For continuing medicare or private health benefits, please ensure your referral is valid prior to every visit.
Our friendly reception team will endeavour to answer all queries to the best of their ability, but please note, the admin staff are not medically trained, and are not able to give medical advice.
Please note we are a private clinic, there is an out of pocket on most services. If you need to find out costs before booking we are happy to assist with estimates.
Please treat our staff kindly, we see a high volume of calls and emails daily and do our best to get to these in a timely manner. We do not tolerate aggressive behaviour.
